I had a great experience buying my Mach-E at Jarrett-Gordon Ford. Nail was great to work with and very responsive before we made the trip for the final purchase. I would recommend him to anyone in the market to buy a new/used vehicle. Gary in financing was also great and was able to work with lenders to get me the best price and warranty without hitting the top of my budget! Earned a repeat customer!

Drove down here from Georgia and noticed an issue from a quick oil change shop. Called Jarrett Gordon Ford and they fit me in right away and corrected the issue for now. They were very thorough with the vehicle inspection. The repair was very reasonably priced. Plenty of customer waiting areas with a lot of drinks and snacks while you wait. Bryan Nunez was an excellent service advisor and kept me updated throughout my wait. This will definitely be our go to shop in the future should we have car issues while here on vacation.
Max, Max, Max! That’s the only name you need to remember. Before I even stepped foot in the dealership, I spent a lot of time researching Mach-E models and found several at Jarrett-Gordon Ford in Davenport. While reading Google reviews, one name kept coming up over and over again: Max. After seeing so many people recommend him, I knew I wanted to work with him. As luck would have it, Max was the first person to greet us when my wife and I arrived. From the moment we met him, it felt like we were talking to an old friend instead of a salesperson. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot, genuinely listens to what you’re looking for, and works for you, not just to make a sale. What impressed me most was his honesty. Every question I had was answered directly—no pressure, no games, no nonsense. I trusted him throughout the entire process, and he delivered. He got us into the exact Mach-E we wanted at a price we were happy with. We also had the pleasure of working with Sales Manager David (“Papi”). He took the time to engage with us, made us feel comfortable, and worked alongside Max to make the deal happen. It’s easy to see why this dealership has such a great reputation. Finally, we met with Gary in finance. He was calm, professional, and a straight shooter. There was absolutely no pressure to buy extras or make decisions we weren’t comfortable with. He worked with David to secure terms that fit our budget, and the entire finance process was smooth and stress-free. This is my fourth Ford and the fourth different Ford dealership I’ve purchased from. The previous three never earned a Google review. Jarrett-Gordon Ford did. The team here has earned my business for years to come. If you’ve made it this far into my review, you should probably already be grabbing your keys to head down there. Just remember one thing: Ask for Max. You won’t regret it.

** UPDATE: Just brought car in for oil change with a $49.99 oil change coupon from Ford, service person said price of oil change went up and coupon would only save me $5.00. Of course I used it. They ended up finding an issue with the car that was under warranty and would cost $100.00 deductible. Saw the ad at the service center to "Save 3% if you use a debit card." Total bill was $510.00 with an itemized bill, you bet I went over that. The oil change that was suppose to be $49.99 (only saving $5.00) was actually listed on bill at $69.99 so how did my $49.99 for the works oil change ONLY SAVE ME $5.00???? They took $5.00 off my total for the oil change savings bringing my bill to $505.00 then I used my debit card thinking I would "save 3%" per the add, the bill stayed at $505.00 because APPARENTLY you DON'T SAVE 3% for using Debit they just DON'T CHARGE you 3% for NOT USING A DEBIT CARD. VERY DECEPTIVE Jarrett-Gordon... I was under the impression that if something is covered under warranty you only pay the deductible NOT deductible PLUS parts and labor. Love the service and staff at Jarrett-Gordon Ford

My Escape started shaking one day and I brought it up to Ford Access Road. I ended up having to leave it there, which sucked because I’d recently been laid off and had interviews lined up, but like a hero Terry swooped in and saved me. He looked at my car himself, reassured me she was in good hands, and was able to get me a loaner. I was able to get to all my interviews and my car was well taken care of. It was a sample as a battery and brakes! Thank you so much!

I recently took advantage of Jarratt-Gordon Ford's home service to have my 2015 Ford Explorer's oil changed. The service was great from start to finish. It was very easy and convenient to schedule the service. The day of the service, my tech contacted me to let me know when he was going to arrive (which was within 5 minutes of the scheduled time). The techs were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable on my vehicle. The servicing was completed quickly. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience. I will definitely continue to avail myself of Jarratt-Gordon's at-home-service!

Isually I do my vehicles services through mobile. But I needed a new vehicle for my business. I walk-in looking for a truck. From the star of my buying process, Max, the salesman was fantastic. We looked at some used cars on his computer through the big screen tv in his office and found four that we wanted to check out. While driving around by golf cart, Max was gathering information about how much I drive daily. In the middle of checking out the vehicles we picked he wanted to show us a vehicle that he thought we may be interested in, it was a 2025 Kia Soul with 13900 miles on it, practically brand new. After viewing the cars that we picked from the computer we went back in and Max ran some numbers. Jarrett Gordon Ford came through and we left with the Kia Soul. They gave me more for my trade than I expected. The overall process was very smooth. They took care of us like we were family. We even got to me Mr. Gordon while we were finishing up the deal. He too treated us with the utmost respect, extremely nice gentleman. The dealership was spotless right down to the restrooms. Full tank of gas, spot free wash and total interior detail was done while the financing process was being done. Jarrett Gordon Ford is TOP notch. Don’t go anywhere before you check out Max. Exceptional Service from Edgar at Jarret-Gordon Ford! I was driving through Orlando when my truck suddenly lost all steering and completely shut down. I was lost, panicked, and had no idea what to do or where to go in an unfamiliar area. Somehow I managed to limp it into Jarret-Gordon Ford, and from the moment I met Edgar, all my stress disappeared. He immediately put my worries at ease with his calm, professional, and genuinely caring attitude. Edgar personally helped me arrange a rental car and walked me through the entire process step-by-step so I knew exactly what to expect. I also want to give a large shout out to the Shop form in Louis. Hopefully I’m spelling his name right he was the one who caught that it was not the alignment or anything to do with it but a steering column replacement issue me and my family, thank him for not even allowing us to leave and drive with the truck like that. The team not only fixed my truck quickly, but the communication throughout the whole repair was outstanding — honestly the best I’ve ever experienced at any Ford dealer (and I live in Tampa, so I’ve been to several). I’ve never been treated so well by a dealership. The service was so impressive that I’m not even kidding when I say I would seriously consider driving the two hours from Tampa just to get an oil change there. Our salesman was Carlos and would just love to say how amazing he was during our car buying process. I’m active duty and currently deployed with the ongoing Middle East conflict, however, my wife and I live in Virginia. We found a 2025 bronco for sale at this dealer in Davenport that was my wife’s DREAM and Carlos didn’t hesitate to make sure we could complete the purchase despite being all over the country. He FaceTimed my wife and I to give us a walk through of the car, moved it to be priority on the list to get the recall fixed, and even arranged delivery of the vehicle 2hrs away to my moms driveway to save us an additional hassle. I appreciate everything Carlos did for us, kept us in the loop during the entire process even though I’m 7hrs ahead in a different time zone, and just made sure we were comfortable the entire time.

Jarrett/Gordon Ford did a great job, my wife and I did not feel pressured to buy a vehicle the salesman Max Miachin was extremely knowledgeable about the Licoln products even though this location is not a Lincoln specific dealership. He took the time to show me the new features and helped set things up through our phones that will make it easier to use. We had bought one car and were not entirely satisfied so we kept looking and found another one we liked better. We made a new deal for that car thanks to Max and his sales manager. Gary Burton from the finance department was extremely helpful he found us a better interest rate through a different lender, twice! So we would highly recommend this group out on highway 27 and I-4 near Posner Park in Florida.

UPDATE: I received a telephone call from "Jennifer" the Service Manager. She apologized for the experience I had. She ordered a new transmission for My Mustang. Two days later (Monday) the transmission was in the dealership. The dealership arranged for installation the next day (on Tuesday). I had my car back, repaired, by 5:30pm that same Tuesday. An excellent resolution. I very much appreciate the attention and kindness the dealerships personnel provided. I had a service appointment for Saturday morning to have them inspect the transmission on my 2022 Mustang GT. It only has 2000 miles on it. I waited at the dealership for a couple hours and finally went to check with them to see if they found anything out. I was told there was an issue and they were going to reprogram the transmission. I said I can leave the car for them to work on it. From that point on I had little contact from the dealership. They never called me with a status. I would call or text them to find out what was happening. I even stopped in because no one called me back. I was told different things about different repairs they were trying on the transmission. I could never get any kind of a timeline for repairs. After 4 days and several calls to Ford customer service, someone from JG called me to say that they were going to order a new transmission and they could get it installed in about a week. I said there was no reason for me to leave my new Mustang parked there for another week. They couldn't guarantee my car would be kept inside. So I said I would come and get it and they could contact me when the parts came in so I could arrange to have the transmission swapped. When I arrived at the dealership my car was parked out front. I walked inside, I was handed the key, no one said anything to me and I left. So I guess they're not going to order the transmission? Which at this point is fine - there is something hinky at this dealership - I'll go somewhere else...

Reviewing the Mobile Oil Change service from Ford, for my 2016 Super Duty f-350 Levi the mechanic was fantastic, checked and filled all fluids and took care of the oil change for me in the convenience of my own home. My family and I love Jarrett Gordon Ford in Davenport! They are the first dealership I have ever walked into where they instantly make you feel like family. The first time we ever walked in we heard them playing worship music and realized that they were a Christian based dealership and could not believe it. We knew we were in the right place right away. JT is the absolute best! If you need anything, he is definitely your guy! I wish I would have known about this dealership two years ago when I first purchased a vehicle in Florida. My husband and I went into Jarrett Gordon Ford in the beginning of 2023 because the lease was up for our truck. And we needed a family vehicle for our soon to be family of six. JT worked with us all day that day and all night way past closing time. Him and the entire team at Jarrett Gordon Ford did everything in their power to make sure that we left with the vehicle that we needed that day! They spent hours negotiating and finding all of the loopholes to make sure we got what we needed! We left that night with a very nice 2018 Ford Explorer that already had tinted windows which my husband loved! And had everything we needed for our family. :) And then just recently my 2011 Ford escape that I purchased from another dealership two years ago completely broke down. It was going to cost way more than the vehicle was worth to fix everything that was needed. So we took it into Jarrett Gordon Ford and saw JT and the whole team again. JT was busy when we got there but the entire team at Jarrett Gordon Ford offered to help us and answered any questions or concerns that we had. They really do demonstrate the perfect example of communication and teamwork. And they help each other out when one is busy. We were able to trade in our 2011 Ford escape and actually got a value of more than what we were asking. And we were able to get a 2021 Ford Eco sport that was safe, reliable and dependable. Had very low mileage and better gas mileage so that my husband had a vehicle to get to and from work every day. And a vehicle that could still fit our children in case of emergency. Gary is also phenomenal and very experienced! He worked until they were able to get us the best deal possible with all of the warrantees and worked all of the loopholes to get a payment that we could afford. We are SO grateful for that! :) Another thing I love about the dealership is that they are open and honest with you. And they do not try to push you into something if you are not sure. They always remind you to only do what you can afford. They have never made us feel pressured. They truly do care about their customers and want to make sure that they are getting the customers exactly what they need! :) If you are looking to get a new vehicle, I highly recommend Jarrett Gordon Ford in Davenport! Definitely ask for JT when you go and if he is busy, he will find the person he trusts to take care of you! :) Also, if you are looking for a good place to get an oil change for your vehicles. I have been taking our vehicles here for the last two years for oil changes and they are the only ones that I trust. They just recently started a mobile service where they will actually come to your home and change your oil and everything right at your home. So you don’t have to leave and go anywhere and you can communicate with them right from your front door! Francisco and Edgar are the best! Very fast and very experienced! And they answer all of my questions and concerns about my vehicles and even ask if there is anything that I would like them to look for when servicing the vehicle! :) Jarrett Gordon Ford in Davenport has the best team of people I have ever seen! Highly recommend! :) They also have the best coffee machine that serves a variety of coffee, mochas, lattes, macchiatos and hot chocolate. All for free that you can enjoy while you are there! :)

Gene was awesome through the whole car buying experience at the Davenport location. This is my second car from this location. My first Escape was totaled, but I walked away with only minor injuries. I knew I wanted another Escape titanium, but was considering a hybrid. Davenport Jarret-Gordon was the only dealership with any Escape hybrids I could test drive and Gene contacted me back to schedule the drive. I ended up ordering a plug in escape hybrid. I love my new Escape even more than my last one. I am saving money by plugging it in each night at home. Definitely recommend visiting JGf and buying a car from them. Service for repairs is terrible. I brought in my vehicle for a simple tire patch. They said two hours, so I asked for a ride home. No problem. They let me know it was done and I asked for the shuttle to pick me up. Two hours later my wife had to take me to get it. She missed an important work meeting and I almost did. Had they been honest that the shuttle was busy or not available I could have made other arrangements.
I called to make an appointment for my Bronco Sport due to a fuel injector recall and a noticeable smell of gas around the car. The service advisor took my VIN but told me my vehicle wasn't affected. I was confused, but the best appointment they could give me was still three weeks away. I decided to get a second opinion and found another dealer with an earlier opening. They immediately confirmed the recall was accurate, my car was affected, and they completed the service under warranty. Denying a valid safety recall feels deceptive and dangerous for customers who rely on their dealer for accurate safety information.
I took my truck to the service for a letter that arrived at my house, where they explained that my vehicle had a fault and they had to do an update, I made an appointment with them, it took almost a month to get an appointment for the warranty review, they agreed to send me a message telling me the day to take my vehicle, and they didn't do it, when I took the vehicle for the supposed improvement or update, my vehicle looked bad and they say that it doesn't give them any errors, applying reverse the car wants to turn off, but they No They feel nothing wrong with it, in conclusion I took my vehicle for an improvement and it came out wrong from the dealer, thank you very much, it is a technical service team that I do not recommend to anyone, being a dealer of the brand, I expected better solutions to the problem caused by them and I did not get any help or solution to the problem caused to my vehicle, the solution according to them was to leave my daily vehicle at the dealership until they were presented with the fault for which I returned after leaving the service, my word is not taken into account and the annoyance caused to Asia my person was also not Taken into account, I did not see a solution to the problem and I did not see them solve the failure caused by them as soon as possible.
The guy who took care of my moms car was very nice and super professional very very helpful in every way possible I think his name is Josh , however the front desk where you drop off or pick up a serviced car is awful specially a girl with colored hair that I didn’t bother to get her name so rude very unprofessional when asked where I can pick up my car her response was it depends and she walked away… same happen to my husband the first time he went with this same person and to my sister she really needs ana attitude check otherwise this place is great!
